To All CRHA Parents and Players:

Congratulations and welcome to the 2008-09 CRHA Season. We are very excited to get things underway.

You will soon be contacted by your Head Coach, if you have not already been.

We hope that you enjoy the signs that have been placed in your yard in recognition of your players’ achievement. When you are through displaying them, please return them to your team manager. We ask that all signs be returned by October 31, 2008.

The practice schedules will be posted in the near future. Practices will begin Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Monday, October 6, 2008 is the first Monday Night Skill Session. This season the CRHA Board has contracted with Kevin Brooks and his assistants to ensure the CRHA players have a strong fundamental foundation. Prior to the start of the season, visit WWW.CRICEARENA.COM to view the variety of clinics Kevin will be holding.

With the month of September free of hockey schedules, the CRHA Board would like all teams to take advantage of this time for planning the upcoming season.

On Monday, September 8, 2008 and Tuesday, September 9, 2008 the Board will be hosting a “Meet and Greet” for each team.

The meeting will not only allow you to introduce yourself and your player to other team members, but will also require your attendance to complete necessary information, discuss team planning and finances, fundraising, warm-up fittings and ordering, begin planning your tournament, select a team manager and treasurer, as well as speak with your coach (es) and find out their plan for the season.

All players and parents are requested to attend the respective night and time.

Monday - Mites - 600-700PM
              Squirt A - 700-800PM
              PW A - 800-900 PM

Tuesday - Squirt AA - 600-700PM
                PW AA - 700-800PM
                Bantam - 800-900PM

If you are unable to attend the information provided and required will need to be turned in prior to October 6, 2008.

Coaches and Players will need to bring their USA Hockey receipt and Coaching card. Mite Players, please bring a copy of your birth certificate.
