Cedar Rapids Hockey Association

The 4th Annual CRHA golf outing will be held October 7th at the Ellis Park Golf course in Cedar Rapids. 

Shotgun start at 11:00 AM.  

This is a 4 man best shot tournament. 

Sign up and money is due on Sept 19th.  You can pick up forms and drop off payments at the CRIA anytime.  

Cost is $ 65 per golfer or $ 260 per team. 

The cost included, Green fees, cart, Gift and Dinner after golfing.
